This Ashwagandha changed my life and I love that its ORGANIC. I have a very demanding job working in an office and I’m on the phone throughout the day. This naturally casues me to have a lot of anxiety and stress, which translates into problems sleeping. So essentially, when one part of your life is out of rhythm, it affects the rest and this is what happened to me. I started taking these organic ashwagandha pills from Naychur and a couple hours later, I noticed a drop in the tension and stress. At first I’m like no way this is real and felt like it might be a placebo. A week into it, I noticed my sleep had improved greatly.
