The results took too long to be available. They should disclose how many business days they will takeIm scared of blood work and when I searched for a saliva test with accurate result, this product came out. After ordering and sending my sample to the lab, I got the result within a week and showed it to my primary care doctor. He is happy on what he saw on the result and able to give me proper medication I need. We ordered this test kit for our teenage son who is struggling with adrenal fatigue becuase the ZRT test wasn't on amazon anymore. Many phone calls and emails later we finally got his test results back. Months after we sent our sample in they told us they had not received our sample yet, but tracking said received months prior. Finally we get notification that they have received months later which is pretty scary because they then used the 3 month old sample to do his test and said it was fine even though it had been lost for 3 months. Even more disappointed with the test results paper we received. Just a few lines on a paper with little explanation. Will never use this company againIt comes with everything you need and the instructions on how to take the test is very easy to follow. Everything you need to send the product back for testing is included. Overall I think its great! It does take 2 weeks or so after to get results once received.Quick delivery.
