Yes, but I feel like most peoples expectations are too high.I use 2 pumps of Supress-C a couple hours pre-bed pretty much as a staple at this point. Get deeper, more restful sleep, increased libido, and generally helps improve my mood. Love that Lockout has this available here on Amazon, wish they'd put up more XPG products.
