So far this seems to be helping me. I have noticed that it takes an hour or 2 before I REALLY notice a difference. But I do feel a difference. I have only been taking one a day. If I don't take it with food, it will give me heartburn. I don't feel dopey. I just feel calm. Not sleepy. Just calm. The last 2 years have been crazy. I have been looking for something to just take the edge off. This helps a lot. I have been taking it for a few months now.
