I’ve tried a lot of different things over the years to help with my anxiety/stress/depression/sleep, etc. Essential oils, 5thp, magnesium & Benadryl (yikes). I’m really glad I found this! I was staying with my cousin and she recommended I try ashwaghanda, I did a bunch of research and ended up choosing Native Joy because they seem to have the highest quality ingredients. Plus I like their branding lol. I’ve been taking 1 gummy each morning and then another gummy at night for about 4 weeks. I feel more focused and like I can tolerate stress better. It did take a bit of time to start to feel the positive effects, so I would give it time. But I definitely have a bit more energy in the day time and work is going smoother. My mindset feels much more positive for the first time in a while like I can take on more challenges and I’m feeling motivated. I’m sleeping well and have been going on morning walks, which I never did before. It hasn’t cured my anxiety, but it’s definitely better because I don’t have the side effects of prescription drugs. These gummies mixed with light exercise have made a huge difference in my life and I’m very happy. And they taste great!! It’s been a blessing. I was worried this was just internet hype and wouldn’t do anything.Strangely, what I did notice though is they definitely increase my sex drive, which was NOT an effect I was expecting at all. I’m on my second bottle and my sleep has been improving from 3-4 of sleep to 6-7. I’m so thankful for this brand and the best is that the price is reasonable. I feel the difference when using these pills positively. I really like it and I will buy it againThe use of ashwaganda is a personal choice which I prefer to help relax. I can feel the difference but it’s important to note, I keep myself away from medications as much as my body will allow. The taste isn’t overly sweet, and the gummy itself is an easy to chew consistency. The bottle size works as a month supply for one. The price is inline with its competitors.I like to keep ashwagandha on hand for two main reasons:1. For it's adaptogenic properties2. For it's ability to calm anxiety/stressThis supplement is all natural, tastes pretty good and isn't too sticky or stiff. It's sweetened with glucose and sugar, and it has 3 g of sugar per gummy, which means you get 6 grams for one serving (2 gummies), which makes this a pretty sugary supplement.It does seem to be somewhat effective - no miracle results, but it does seem to be enough ashwaghanda in each serving to be felt. I do think I prefer taking this type of supplement without all the sugar (capsule form), but for a gummy, these are good.
