While I appreciated the Vitamin B recipe this product packed, it didn't help me to lose weight at all. I suppose like with any diet supplement I should have incorporated exercise, but then ditch the supplement and just exercise and you will probably receive the same results. It did help a lot with stress. So does any Vitamin B regimen. I bought this a few times and switched to Stress B vitamin complex from Puritan's Pride and was much more satisfied with my results. I also started taking Ozempic which helped me to lose 53 pounds that no matter how hard I worked out, dieted or anything else, could never shed a pound. If you are looking for something to help with stress levels, this will help but know that there are better and more affordable options on the market.I've been using this for over 10 yearsThe product has had no side effects on me. I do notice I ma more relaxed and my belly feels less swollen. I have not been taking it for long, so it is hard to describe more significant outcomes. As with most pills that make big promises, this pill does absolutely nothing. I've gone through 6 bottles and nearly $150 worth of this glorified multivitamin (as my first bottles were a bit more pricy from Walgreens) and there has been absolutely no change to stress, no improvement to mood and decrease in stomach size. My mother also tried about three bottles of her own, and she too has seen zero results. Basically what you're getting is an over abundance of a few vitamins, along with a proprietary mix of minor amounts of useless and unproven plant bits. You don't even know how much of each listed plant bit you are getting, as proprietary blends only show the total amount of mg overall, so essentially you could be getting 0.005mg of something, and they are still allowed to list it in the ingredients. Be careful with the wording associated with this product too. It does not claim to actually cause you to lose weight. It merely says that it may help improve your mood a little bit so that you might feel inclined to binge eat less and work out more - you know, the things that actually require effort to yield actual results. The idea is that when people are not feeling happy-go-lucky, they tend to have less energy, and being depressed also may cause someone to eat more. This pill is supposed to put you in a better mood, which in turn will theoretically help prevent you from sitting on the couch all weekend while eating a tub of ice cream as it catches your phat person tears. Basically, nonsense. If you are feeling down and find yourself sadness eating, then try to figure out the root cause of your sadness and go from there. In fact, just exercising and working out is well known to improve your mood all on it's own, without having to pay over $20 every week to ingest 1111% vitamin C every day (actual oranges are much better). In fact, doses of vitamin C that come out to above 1 gram a day pushes your body absorption down, so most of it will be released in your urine anyway, so do not let high % numbers on the backs of bottles fool you. Taking this will result in you literally pis*ing your money away. Also note that this pill does not actual block the 'stress hormone' cortisol. The FDA has stepped in after those claims were made, and forced Relicore to reword their claims. Not to mention that there is no actual evidence that blocking cortisol leads to weight loss of any kind, even if taking Relicore did block it. As for the people who claim this works, that's simple - placebo effect and the power of suggestion. They read positive claims prior to taking it and so their mind already told them that 'this is going to work'. Anyone who actually lost a pound or two did so on their own.I began using this, not so much as a way to lose belly fat, but to help with daytime anxiety in a somewhat natural way, without turning to prescription medication. As for my anxiety, it helped immensely, but I am not by any means, guaranteeing it will work for everyone. I started out at the recommended 3 pills a day but found myself tapering down to two....each person will need to see what their body needs. Also: please check with your Dr before taking this or any OTC medication to make sure it does not interact with any prescription meds you are currently taking. As for losing belly fat, that was an added bonus for me. I actually had forgotten the product toted losing “belly fat” as I use weekly pill containers. When it came time to obtain a refill, I noticed the “belly fat” note on the bottle and it did occur to me that my belly seemed smaller. Upon measuring, I found I had lost between 2”-3” within app 1 1/2 months. The difference in my diet was no soft drinks (I’m taking a medication that makes them taste odd), and I have no appetite for sugary or junk foods. Other than that, my diet has stayed the same. I was/am a bit more active than I was before taking Relacore, so this next 6 weeks will be the real test to see if it keeps working or if I regain my belly. I highly recommend this product while reminding users any medication/vitamin/supplement will be different for each person. Be aware, my results may not be your results. Be realistic. This is not a “miracle pill” by any stretch of the imagination, but for me it worked.I tried RELACORE because I didn’t see any conflicts with my prescription medications. As a Pharmacist I’m thoroughly trained in traditional “Western” medicines and not SO MUCH in herbs, natural supplements, and homeopathic treatments. But, I’m very open to so-called alternative treatments.RELACORE sounds too good to be true. But, it does work for me! I mean, it doesn’t make me feel less stressed but it must be working as advertised: reducing cortisol (produced by our bodies when under stress) which can cause excess belly fat. I don’t like the idea of taking 3 at one time per day, because there is no timed-release function. So personally, I take 2 in the morning and 2 in mid-afternoon. Good luck with this as a part of a healthier diet and more calorie-burning excercise!
